🔄 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number) is provided

  • Used or damaged products

  • Opened personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or special order items


💷 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages


📦 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
